When ordering products from Bonavin Sweden AB 559317-4930, hereinafter Bonavin, the following conditions apply. By purchasing as a consumer, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions for all purchases on www.bonavin.com.

Bonavin complies with the provisions of the Consumer Sales Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Home Selling Act (SFS 2005:59) and the General Data Protection Regulation when purchasing on www.bonavin.com.

Priser

All prices are inclusive of VAT. In addition to the price of the goods, shipping charges may apply depending on the size of the order. Interest and administrative charges may apply depending on the payment method chosen.

Leverans

Bonavin delivers shipments with PostNord. Information on estimated delivery time is described for each product. If there is a delay in delivery, we will inform you of the reason and the new estimated delivery time. You have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not want to accept the new delivery time.

All shipments can be tracked. However, the extent of traceability may vary depending on the delivery option chosen. Whenever possible, we deliver shipments directly to the specified delivery address. When this is not possible, the package can be collected from the nearest delivery point. You will then receive a text message to the mobile phone number you provided when placing your order. A valid ID must be presented for collection.

We reserve the right to make price changes, final sale, printing errors, product images and incorrect information. We reserve the right to change prices and conditions of purchase.

Betalning

Together with Klarna, we offer the payment options Pay within 14 days, Account, Pay directly and Bank transfer. In order to offer these payment options, we need to share your personal, contact and order details with the payment provider. The use of this data is regulated by the Data Protection Act and Klarna’s privacy policy.

Open purchase

Bonavin applies a 14-day open purchase policy from the day you receive your products.

In the event of a return, the products must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered. The products must be returned in their original packaging.

You may handle and examine the products in the same way as in a shop to check that they match your order. If you handle the products to a greater extent than described, you as the customer is responsible for the depreciation of the products. If the products are returned in such a condition that they cannot be resold, Bonavin will apply full depreciation.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping. You are also responsible for the condition of the products after you have received them and during the return shipping. The products must be returned within 14 days from the date on which Bonavin was notified of the right of withdrawal. The goods must be sent in the original box.

Refund

We will refund within 10 days of receipt of an approved return. This includes any delivery costs from us.
